Why this card is Rare
A card’s rarity comes from the score the press gave the game. 83/100 puts No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle in the Rare tier, which runs from 80 to 86/100.
The Classic Pack guarantees at least one Rare card or better in every opening.
This tier holds 403 of the 1,791 available cards, or 22.5% of the catalogue.
