Save Quest

Trades

How to trade cards in Save Quest: the offer board, direct proposals, card values and the rules of a trade.

Proposing a trade

  • Tap “New trade” and pick a player: a friend, someone you’ve traded with before, or anyone by name.
  • In their collection, the page first shows the cards you lack. In yours, your duplicates. The ×2, ×3 on a card is how many copies its owner has: on their side, their duplicates, gathered by the “Their duplicates” filter. In your collection, “New for them” marks the cards they don’t have, and the “They lack” filter gathers them.
  • The tray at the bottom shows the trade as it will be sent, with a balance that tells you whether it’s fair. “Suggest a trade” fills it in for you.

The market

  • The market gathers listings: cards other players are offering, open to everyone.
  • Open a listing and make an offer with cards from your collection. You also see its author’s whole collection, and can ask for more cards on top. They pick the offer they like; the others fall away.
  • You can post your own listings too, up to 5 at a time. Offers you receive show up under each listing, in “In progress”.

Marking a card

  • Mark the cards you are after from their card page, anywhere in the game: the “I want this one” button.
  • The market flags them, and the “Your list” filter only shows listings that give one.

The rules of a trade

  • Each side gives at least one card, and at most six.
  • Value is up to you: an unbalanced trade is flagged (when the weaker side is worth less than half the other), but you can still send it.
  • A card’s value depends on its rarity and variant: a Shiny is worth five times more, a Golden twenty times more.
  • Only cards change hands, never coins.

Good to know

  • “In progress” gathers what is waiting for your answer, your listings, and what you have sent. Tap a trade to see its cards up close.
  • Until the trade is done, you keep your cards. If either of you no longer owns them when it is accepted, the trade is cancelled.
  • You can have up to 12 pending proposals, 3 at most with the same player.
  • Cards received in a trade add to your collection, but do not count towards licences or the drawn-cards quest.
